Description:
We are looking for someone to assist the Kitchen Manager/Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen and to deputise in their absence. You will be responsible for the efficient production and standard of all prepared food sent out from the kitchen, supervising the kitchen team, as well as ensuring all required checks and records are completed and ensuring stock levels are maintained. You will be working for a long established family company with no late nights or split shifts.
Previous experience:
Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen is essential for this role.
Duration:
Full time with alternate weekend working rota
